WHERE WILL BY ORDER BE SENT FROM?
All orders are posted from Northern Ireland, UK twice a week. However, if you order a Canvas in sizes A1 & A0 to be posted to Australia or NZ I will have these posted from Australia. All A4, A3 & A2 are sent from the UK.
LAST DATES FOR CHRISTMAS?
Please ensure you order before the following dates to allow enough time to dispatch your order for Christmas.
UK- 20th December 2022
Ireland & Most of Europe- 10th December 2022
Europe, Canada & USA- 7th December 2022
Rest of The world - 30th November 2022
If you have missed the date and concerned your order won't arrive in time for Christmas Day get creative with a card and let them know the surprise is on its way.

ROYAL MAIL STRIKES
Just a little reminder to allow a little more time when ordering from small businesses like myself due to the strikes at Royal Mail. I work super hard to get every order created and packed promptly so that it arrives to you as soon as possible. I ask for your patience once it leaves my hands due to the upcoming strikes in the lead up to Christmas. I also want to take this time to thank everyone who shops small and are so kind and patient to not just me but the postal workers.
Of course if you are concerned about the whereabouts of your order please reach out and I will be more than happy to double check on my end that its on its way.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKED?
All orders are packed with great care to ensure your artwork arrives to you in perfect condition.
A4 Sizes are sealed in acid free cello bags and packed into a heavy duty rigid cardboard envelope for protection.
A3/ A2/A1/A0 Sizes are rolled into a heavy duty cardboard tube and sealed on both ends to protect the artwork.
Unfortunately on the rare occasion damage can occur, so please be sure to contact me right away and provide photos to email@example.com
Do i need to pay IntL. Tax or custom charges?
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges.
All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. We are not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
HOw long does it take to process my order?
I always endeavour to have your special artwork posted to you as quickly and safely as possible. As every art print is individually made to order these are dispatched every Wednesday. However canvases and special requests may take additional days until the order is ready to be shipped.
How can i track my order?
Orders can be tracked only if you have selected the postal option that offers tracking. For domestic and international orders this is through Royal Mail . The tracking will provide details of when it was accepted by postal service, processed for international delivery, received by overseas postal carrier, delivered to destination. Please note 1st Class (Domestic) and Standard (International) do not offer tracking.
CAN I PICKUP MY ORDER?
Unfortunately at this stage local pickup is unavailable unless it is a special commission or large canvas item which has been arrange directly with me. Any questions please email firstname.lastname@example.org
DO YOU KNOW WHERE MY ORDER IS?
Thank you for patiently waiting out the estimated timeframes above. If your order still hasn't arrived I ask for you to kindly contact your local customs or post office as it is generally there waiting for you to collect. If you still unable to locate your parcel please contact me at email@example.com
WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT SHIPPING?
I do everything I can within my power to make sure orders get to you safely and as fast as possible, I cannot be held responsible once your parcel leaves my studio. All followup and tracking is the responsibility of the customer and/ or the shipping provider.
I understand that mistakes happen and I do generally keep an eye out for errors on delivery addresses and names, however I reserve the right to pass on any re-shipping fees when a customer makes an error when entering their address during the checkout process.
The shipping cost for orders is non-refundable.
